Branch Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the assigned restaurant branch.
  • Lead the team to achieve sales and profit targets.
  • Maintain the highest standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
  • Train and manage branch-level staff including scheduling and performance reviews.
  • Manage inventory levels, reduce wastage, and ensure cost-effective operations.
  • Handle budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for the branch.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams for local promotions and events.
  • Enforce compliance with company policies, food safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints professionally.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Branch Manager or Restaurant Manager in the F&B sector.
  • Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
  • Excellent understanding of F&B operations, costing, and revenue generation.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in POS systems and restaurant management software preferred.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic is a bonus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
