Job Title: Branch ManagerDepartment: Operations / SalesReporting To: Area Business Manager / Head of OperationsJob Purpose:

The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing all branch operations, ensuring profitability, customer satisfaction, compliance with company policies, and achievement of sales and operational targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Branch Operations Management
  • Supervise daily branch activities to ensure smooth functioning.
  • Monitor cash handling, stock management, and operational controls.
  • Ensure timely opening and closing of the branch as per policy.
  • Maintain proper documentation, reports, and records.
  • Sales & Business Development
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Develop strategies to increase walk-in traffic and revenue.
  • Supervise and motivate the sales team to perform effectively.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Team Management
  • Lead, train, and evaluate branch staff.
  • Prepare duty rosters and manage staff attendance and leaves.
  • Address employee concerns and maintain discipline at the branch.
  • Customer Service
  • Ensure excellent customer service and complaint resolution.
  • Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements.
  • Compliance & Reporting
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and audit requirements.
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
  • Maintain confidentiality of branch and customer information.
  • Safety & Maintenance
  • Ensure safety, security, and cleanliness of the branch.
  • Report and follow up on maintenance issues promptly.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
  • Experience: 3–5 years of experience in branch or operations management (retail / banking / services).
  • Skills:
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Target-driven and customer-focused
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and reporting tools
  • Problem-solving and decision-making ability

Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Achievement of sales and revenue targets
  • Customer satisfaction rating
  • Compliance audit score
  • Staff performance and retention
  • Operational efficiency and cost control

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: From Rs350,000.00 per month
