Branch Manager

Main Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day branch operations, optimize resources, and implement efficiency improvements.
• Manage administrative tasks, ensure compliance with policies, and maintain office facilities.
• Provide exceptional customer service, resolve inquiries, and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
• Facilitate communication and collaborate with the zonal manager and head office.

Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree (Preferred)
• 3 years of relevant experience in the transport or logistics industry.
