About the Role

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Branch Manager to lead our retail operations in Burewala. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall performance of the branch, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing and developing staff, and driving sustainable sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day branch operations to ensure efficiency and smooth workflow
• Lead, coach, and motivate the branch team to achieve sales targets and service excellence
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, financial results, and inventory levels
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines
• Build strong customer relationships and professionally resolve escalated concerns
• Prepare, analyze, and present branch performance reports to senior management
• Implement effective sales and marketing strategies to grow the customer base and increase revenue

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in retail or branch management
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
• Proven ability to manage teams and achieve operational objectives
• In-depth knowledge of retail operations and a commitment to outstanding customer service
