Branch Manager

We're seeking a talented individual to fill the role of Branch Manager in Islamabad .

Location: Islamabad

Responsibilities:

- Oversee day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring smooth functioning and exceptional customer service.

- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.

- Lead, mentor, and motivate staff to achieve performance targets.

- Manage inventory, monitor stock levels, and ensure accurate record-keeping.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and enhance brand loyalty.

Requirements:

- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.

- 3 to 5 years of experience in the shoe industry, with a proven track record of success.

- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team to achieve sales targets.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
