Job description:
- Oversee daily branch operations, including shipments, deliveries, and customer service
- Ensure timely and efficient handling of cargo and courier services
- Drive branch sales and achieve revenue targets
- Manage and lead a team of operations staff, riders, and customer service representatives
- Monitor operational KPIs and improve efficiency
- Handle customer complaints and ensure service excellence
- Maintain coordination with head office and other branches
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (Business, Logistics, or related field preferred)
- 4–6 years of experience in courier, logistics, or supply chain industry
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
