Branch Manager

Job description:

• Oversee daily branch operations, including shipments, deliveries, and customer service
• Ensure timely and efficient handling of cargo and courier services
• Drive branch sales and achieve revenue targets
• Manage and lead a team of operations staff, riders, and customer service representatives
• Monitor operational KPIs and improve efficiency
• Handle customer complaints and ensure service excellence
• Maintain coordination with head office and other branches
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (Business, Logistics, or related field preferred)
• 4–6 years of experience in courier, logistics, or supply chain industry
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
