Job Title: Branch Manager
Location: Bangalore
Experience: Minimum 4–5 years
Salary: Based on last drawn salary

Key Responsibilities:

  • G Card holder for all customs-related documentation and clearance activities.
  • Oversee end-to-end branch operations, including import/export documentation, customs clearance, and coordination with stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with customs regulations, policies, and statutory requirements.
  • Drive branch performance by managing day-to-day logistics operations and ensuring timely service delivery.
  • Lead and supervise the branch team, ensuring productivity, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
  • Support in business development and sales activities — engaging with clients, identifying opportunities, and contributing to revenue growth.
  • Liaise with customs officials, shipping lines, freight forwarders, and other authorities to ensure smooth operations.
  • Provide regular MIS reports, updates, and branch performance reviews to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Mandatory: Valid G Card holder.
  • Minimum 4–5 years’ experience in customs clearance, logistics, or freight forwarding.
  • Strong knowledge of customs laws, documentation, and processes.
  • Experience in team management with leadership abilities.
  • Sales/business development exposure will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication, client relationship management, and problem-solving skills.
