Branch Manager Microfinance

Job Description:

  • Manage delivery of Loans in the community and aligned units to ensure progress toward the strategic and operational plans that support maximum outreach
  • Manage field unit operations including Loan disbursement efforts, portfolio analysis, client screening, loan disbursements, payment collection, recoveries and appraisal (if applicable), etc.
  • Control the level of efficiency and accuracy in all back-office operations
  • Manage branch level administrative department to support operations and maximum client satisfaction.
  • Support the design, testing, and rollout of new / revised products services as required.
  • To prepare as well submit the monthly and weekly recovery and disbursement plans and reports to Area Manager / Program Manager.
  • To ensure the lending process according to the Agahe Pakistan’s credit policy and operational manual.
  • Social and business appraisal of all clients.
  • Being a Branch Manager, coordinate and solve the conflicts occurring during field and try to solve the issues.
  • To develop linkage with line department for the development and strengthen of real community action process.
  • To insure recovery installments from all borrowers on due date and make sure that recovery should be deposited in bank on due date.
  • To insure the data updating in MIS and FIS on daily basis.
