Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site
Working Days: 6 days/week (10-hour shifts)
Education: Intermediate (min), Graduation preferred
Experience: 5-8 years in retail/chain pharmacy operations

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Branch Manager to manage the overall operations of Nova Pharmacy. The role includes handling sales, inventory, staff, customer service, and compliance to ensure smooth and profitable branch performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise branch staff, ensuring discipline and professionalism.
• Handle customer issues, refunds, and complaints.
• Manage sales, billing, and promotional activities.
• Monitor and order stock, ensuring expiry and FIFO compliance.
• Maintain strong relations with doctors and nearby clinics.
• Ensure pharmacy hygiene, layout, and temperature control.
• Conduct audits, prepare sales/stock reports, and oversee accounts.
• Train and motivate the team for better performance.
