Position Summary

The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of H Pharmacy, ensuring exceptional customer service, regulatory compliance, financial performance, and effective team leadership. This role ensures the branch operates efficiently, meets sales targets, and maintains the highest standards of pharmaceutical care and retail excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operational Management

• Oversee day-to-day pharmacy and retail operations.
• Ensure accurate dispensing of medications in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels and prevent stock shortages or expiries.
• Monitor store cleanliness, organization, and professional presentation.

2. Team Leadership & Staff Management

• Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate pharmacy and support staff.
• Create staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
• Foster a positive, performance-driven work environment.
• Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.

3. Sales & Financial Performance

• Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Monitor branch revenue, expenses, and profitability.
• Analyze sales reports and identify growth opportunities.
• Control operational costs and minimize waste or loss.

4. Customer Service & Community Engagement

• Ensure excellent customer service and patient care.
• Resolve customer complaints professionally and promptly.
• Build strong relationships with customers, healthcare providers, and the local community.
• Promote pharmacy services and health awareness initiatives.

5. Compliance & Risk Management

• Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations, health authority guidelines, and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Implement health, safety, and security procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelors Degree
• Minimmum 4 years of experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
