Branch Operation Manager

We are looking for a Branch Operations Manager who must have strong experience in managing sales and delivery teams, with a background in logistics or warehouse operations.

You will be responsible for ensuring efficient branch performance, achieving sales targets, and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.

Location: Puri, Berhampur

Salary: 25K-30K

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead branch operations, including sales, delivery, and warehouse functions.
• Manage a team of 10+ staff members including delivery personnel, warehouse staff, and sales representatives.
• Drive branch sales performance by setting targets, monitoring KPIs, and implementing improvement strategies.
• Ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment and last-mile delivery.
• Oversee inventory management, stock accuracy, and warehouse organization.
• Coordinate with central operations and logistics teams to optimize resources and resolve issues.
• Handle customer escalations and ensure high levels of service delivery.

Skills:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in branch/warehouse/logistics operations.
• Proven ability to manage teams of 10 or more people.
• Strong understanding of supply chain, delivery processes, and warehouse management.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet performance targets.
• Proficiency in MS Office.

Pay: ₹12,844.50 - ₹49,661.12 per month
