Branch Operation Manager

Job Title: Branch Manager – Gazmin Delivery Services

Location: Ras Al Kaima

Job Summary:
The Branch Manager will oversee daily operations of the branch, ensuring efficient delivery services, achieving business targets, managing staff, and maintaining high customer satisfaction. The role requires strong leadership, operational excellence, and strategic decision-making to drive growth and maintain Gazmin Delivery Services’ reputation for reliability and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee all branch operations, ensuring timely and efficient delivery services.
  • Lead, motivate, and supervise branch staff, including riders, coordinators, and administrative personnel.
  • Set performance targets for the branch and monitor KPIs to achieve operational and financial goals.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve delivery efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Manage recruitment, training, and performance appraisals for branch employees.
  • Maintain inventory, fleet, and logistics resources effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Handle escalations from customers or riders promptly and professionally.
  • Prepare and submit operational and financial reports to senior management.
  • Collaborate with other branches and departments to streamline processes and share best practices.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in logistics, delivery operations, or branch management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational abilities.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with logistics/delivery management software.
