An Outlet Operations Manager oversees the daily activities of one or more retail/food service outlets, focusing on maximizing profitability, ensuring high-quality customer service, and enforcing operational standards. Key responsibilities include staff management, inventory control, budget management, and maintaining safety/hygiene compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, cleanliness, and adherence to company standards.
• Team Leadership: Hire, train, motivate, and supervise staff to ensure high-performance levels and excellent customer service.
• Financial Performance: Manage budgets, analyze financial data (sales, costs, waste), and implement cost-control measures to increase profitability.
• Inventory & Logistics: Monitor inventory levels, manage suppliers, and ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations, as well as company policies.
• Customer Experience: Handle customer complaints and implement improvements to enhance satisfaction.
• Reporting: Prepare and analyze performance reports for senior managementRequired Skills and Qualifications
• Experience: Proven experience as an Outlet Manager, Operations Manager, or in a similar role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
