Business Growth & Sales

  • Drive branch profitability by cross-selling insurance, balance transfer, and top-up loans along with HL/LAP.
  • Expand the branch business footprint by developing new sourcing channels and deepening penetration in assigned geographies.
  • Track competitor activities and design counter-strategies to safeguard branch market share.

Customer Acquisition & Relationship

  • Ensure superior customer experience through timely query resolution and proactive servicing.
  • Build long-term relationships with key developers, builders, and channel partners for sustained business inflow.
  • Implement customer referral programs to generate leads and increase repeat business.

Team Leadership & Capability Building

  • Identify skill gaps within the branch team and organize structured training interventions.
  • Develop a high-performance culture through incentive programs, recognition platforms, and career pathing.
  • Drive adherence to daily productivity benchmarks (calls, visits, conversions) for each team member.

Risk Management & Compliance

  • Ensure branch-wide compliance with RBI/NHB guidelines and company SOPs.
  • Conduct periodic audits of loan documentation and customer KYC to maintain portfolio quality.
  • Drive early fraud detection and monitoring mechanisms to minimize NPAs.

Operational Excellence

  • Streamline lead management and ensure efficient utilization of CRM tools for sales tracking.
  • Maintain optimum TAT in loan processing, sanction, and disbursement to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Implement digital adoption within the branch (apps, lead portals, digital KYC, etc.) to improve efficiency.

Market Development & Visibility

  • Represent the branch in local promotional activities, housing expos, and builder tie-ups.
  • Strengthen brand recall by ensuring active participation in community and business forums.
  • Provide regular feedback to central teams on product enhancements and regional market requirements.

Role Requirements

1) Education: Graduation in any discipline

2) Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in sales of HL/LAP with a track record of having managed teams for minimum 2 years

3) Understanding the Home Loan market, Knowledge about regulatory aspect of home loan.

5) IT Skills - MS Office

6) Behavioral Skills – Leadership/Assertion/Aggression/ People Management/Planning & organizing/Customer Orientation/ Interpersonal/ relationship management skills

Pay: ₹332,411.99 - ₹735,106.14 per year
