Position: Branch Service Incharge
Location: Tinsukia
Key Responsibilities:

Perform
battery testing and diagnosis
as per company SOPs using approved instruments.

Support
warranty evaluation, certification, and timely claim processing
.

Supervise, guide, and train
service technicians and dealer staff
on correct service practices.

Manage
battery movement, records, and stock coordination
at service stations and in the field.

Visit
dealer premises and customer locations
for service support, battery checking, and complaint resolution.
-
Ensure
service station and dealer infrastructure hygiene
, safety, and compliance standards.

Monitor
service TAT
,
warranty risk
, and
adherence to company policies
.

Support
failed battery analysis
, scrap handling, and proper documentation.
-
Use company systems such as
SAP, WMS, dashboards, and reporting tools
for service operations.
-
Assist during
internal and external audits
and ensure availability of required records.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Quality, R&D, Logistics, Sales) for issue resolution.
Deployment Flexibility:

The engineer may be deployed at
Service Stations or in Field roles
, based on business requirements.

Periodic
role rotation (SS / Field)
may be required for skill development and operational needs.
Experience:
2 to 3 years
