A leading organization in the frozen food and meat distribution sector is seeking an energetic, hands-on Branch Supervisor â Sales & Operations to manage branch performance, drive sales growth, and oversee end-to-end operations. This is a field-based leadership role, ideal for professionals who excel in on-ground sales execution, people management, and operational accountability.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth of frozen meat and chicken products across:
- Cafeterias
- Butcheries
- Restaurants
- Foodservice and retail customers
- Actively visit customers to develop new accounts and strengthen existing business relationships
- Plan, implement, and manage daily van sales routes and customer coverage plans
- Lead and supervise branch personnel including:
- Route Salesmen
- Drivers
- Helpers / Loaders
- Take full responsibility for branch inventory and warehouse stock management
- Ensure accurate daily sales, cash handling, and stock reconciliation
- Close daily books and ensure timely and accurate reporting
- Utilize company systems such as ERP, Excel, and reporting tools for sales and inventory management
- Take complete ownership of branch performance as a profit center, ensuring achievement of sales targets and operational discipline
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in sales and distribution of frozen meat and/or chicken products in Oman
- Strong understanding of the local market, HORECA segment, and customer base
- Hands-on experience managing van routes, drivers, and field sales teams
- Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills
- Good computer proficiency including ERP systems, Excel, and email tools
- Disciplined, detail-oriented, and strong in reporting and operational controls
- Valid Omani driving license
- Languages Known: Hindi, English
