Made up of 5 award-winning brands (Buffalo Wild Wings, Jersey Mike’s Subs, Buffalo Wild Wings GO, Limestone BBQ and Bourbon, and Eggspectation) we offer many opportunities for growth across franchise and independent brands. Position Overview: High 5 Hospitality is looking for a dynamic, outgoing, and creative Brand Ambassador to help elevate the online presence of our growing family of brands while expanding our reach in the community. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety—one day you’ll be creating and posting engaging content on social media, the next you might be managing review platforms, representing our brands at community events (sometimes alongside our mascot!), or jumping into other exciting projects.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, brings bold, fresh ideas, and knows how to connect with both digital audiences and local communities through grassroots efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute tailored social media strategies for multiple brands including Buffalo Wild Wings, Limestone BBQ and Bourbon, eggspectation, Jersey Mike’s, and BWW GO.
  • Create engaging and brand-aligned content such as graphics, video, and copy across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Actively manage social media communities—responding to messages, comments, and reviews in a professional and timely manner.
  • Leverage scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Sprout Social) to plan, monitor, and report on campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (HR, Operations) to support recruitment marketing, events, promotions, and product launches and external vendors for geofencing, retargeting, and banner ads.
  • Stay informed on emerging digital trends and competitor activity to keep our strategy fresh and impactful.
  • Attend off-site events and perform grassroots marketing.
Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience in social media or digital marketing roles.
  • Strong content creation skills using tools like Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication abilities.
  • Experience using social media scheduling and analytics platforms.
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple projects.
  • Passion for hospitality, food culture, and community engagement.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule at time and work event driven events, which many be on a weeknight or weekend.

Preferred Skills:

  • Photography and video editing
  • Familiarity with paid social/digital ads (Meta, Google, etc.)
  • Ability to adjust brand voice for different audiences and platforms
  • Experience working in restaurant or hospitality marketing
  • Basic understanding of SEO best practices and how they apply to content strategy
