Brand and Content Coordinator

Role Overview:

As the Brand and Content Coordinator, you will develop and execute marketing content that brings our brand to life. You’ll collaborate across departments to ensure brand consistency and engaging storytelling across all channels-from social media and email to our website and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

• Must be willing to travel and attend events on weekends
• Collaborate across all departments to develop brand-aligned messages and visuals.
• Be able to work independently
• Create and maintain a marketing plan for the year across all platforms
• Write and edit content for email campaigns, social media, website, etc.
• Monitor performance metrics for content and social campaigns, offering insights and suggestions
• Create experiences at events and be in charge of the overall look and set of the front of house

What we are looking for:

• Experience in marketing, communications, branding, or related field
• Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills
• Proficiency with social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) and basic analytics tools
• Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) and email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact)
• Experience using design tools such as Canva or Adobe

• Attention to detail and a strong sense of visual storytelling
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Sports Experience especially Volleyball recommended but not required
• Graphic Design Skills and the ability to create logos highly recommended but not required

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Freelance

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
