Brand Content Creator

Overview
We are seeking a creative and entrepreneurial Brand Content Creator to help grow our presence in the HOA and community management industry. This role is ideal for someone who understands how to create content that builds trust with board members and can turn engagement into qualified leads. Ideal for someone passionate about storytelling, digital media, and brand development who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

You’ll create compelling, informative, and conversion-focused content that positions our company as a trusted partner for HOA management and community services.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative content strategies aligned with brand goals across social media, websites, blogs, and e-commerce channels.
• Produce high-quality visual content, including graphics, videos, photography, and infographics, using Adobe Creative Suite tools such as Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Manage social media accounts by scheduling posts, monitoring engagement to optimize reach.
• Produce short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) explaining: HOA best practices, Board member tips, Community management insights
• Design graphics and visuals to simplify complex HOA topics
• Drive inbound leads through content funnels and calls-to-action
• Track performance and optimize content based on lead generation and conversion metrics
• Conduct keyword research and SEO best practices to enhance content visibility on search engines and improve web analytics metrics.
• Engage in social listening to monitor brand sentiment, industry trends, and competitor activity to inform content planning.
• Collaborate with upper management to craft press releases, media pitches, and manage relationship management efforts with influencers and media outlets.
• Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to refine strategies for maximum impact.
• Oversee branding consistency across all digital touchpoints while supporting e-commerce initiatives through compelling product descriptions and promotional content.
• Edit videos using video editing software to produce engaging multimedia content that captures audience attention.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in content creation, social media marketing, or digital marketing roles with a strong portfolio demonstrating visual storytelling skills.
• Bonus if you have experience in: HOA management, Property management, Real estate marketing
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), video editing software, and graphic design principles.
• Familiarity with SEO techniques, keyword research tools, Google Analytics, and web analytics platforms.
• Experience managing social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn.
• Strong understanding of branding principles and public relations strategies to enhance brand reputation.
• Basic graphic design and/or video editing skills (Canva, Adobe, CapCut, etc.)
• Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail in all written materials.
• Knowledge of social listening tools and social media management applications is highly desirable.

How You’ll Earn (Commission Structure)

• Earn commission based on qualified leads, signed HOA management contracts, or revenue generated

Pay: $24.25 - $29.20 per hour
