Job Description :

Professional Duties and Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing sales plans & conducting regular sales meetings.
  • Maintain contact and professional relationships with customers & build a favorable company image on a regular basis to ensure satisfaction and gain useful feedback.
  • Ensure coordination between sales, marketing, accounts and administrative departments.
  • Assessing market conditions, identifying opportunities & drafting business plans accordingly.
  • Understand the company s goal and purpose so that will continue to enhance the company s performance.
  • Increasing Brand awareness for the company.
  • Present to and consult with management on business trends with a view to developing new services, products, and distribution channels.
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the Study Abroad Industry to support the company s growth and diversification and to ensure that the company is a benchmark in meeting customer expectations.
  • Developing customized targeted sales strategies & exceeding annual sales goals.
  • Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company s unique selling propositions.
  • Implement campaigns to raise brand credibility and awareness
  • To coordinate, prepare & compile bid submission documents in relation to tendering/bidding activities.
  • Be responsible to have detail knowledge of all activities on assigned site & ensure availability of suitable resources, technical safety etc.
  • To perform other duties as entrusted by your Head of Department.


Administrative Duties and Responsibilities

  • Strictly follow and implement company’s policies and procedures at an acceptable level to maintain the discipline in the Organization.
  • Coordinate with HR Department in recruiting people for your department and preparing / revising job responsibilities whenever required.
  • Evaluate performance appraisal by setting performance Goals, Objectives and KPIs to make staff productive and accountable.
  • Analyze staff’s technical skills and competencies which are essentials to perform duties and arrange training on regular basis to retain, groom and motivate them.
