Brand Designer

Crown Point Cabinetry, renowned for handcrafting the finest quality custom cabinetry for kitchens, baths, and entire homes, is seeking a talented Brand Designer to join our team working in our Claremont NH facility. This is an in house position only.

Nationally recognized for our direct-to-customer model, we serve homeowners, builders, architects, remodelers, and designers nationwide. Our brand emphasizes timeless style, exceptional quality, and personalized service.

Position Overview

As our Brand Designer, you will play a key role in elevating and protecting the Crown Point Cabinetry brand identity across all touchpoints. This position combines strategic brand management, creative storytelling, and marketing execution to strengthen our reputation as a leader in high-end custom cabinetry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain consistent brand guidelines, voice, and visual identity across digital, print, and physical channels.
  • Collaborate with management, marketing, sales, design, and production teams to create compelling brand narratives, campaigns, and content that highlight our craftsmanship, heritage, and customer stories.
  • Redesign and maintain brand presence on our website. Experience in web design critical.
  • Oversee videography and visual assets to showcase our cabinetry in beautiful, authentic settings.
  • Monitor brand perception, track industry trends in luxury home design and custom cabinetry, and recommend strategies to enhance positioning.
  • Support content creation for blogs, case studies, email newsletters, and advertising to engage our audience of discerning clients and professionals.
  • Partner with external agencies or vendors as needed for larger initiatives.
  • Ensure all branding aligns with our core values: quality, authenticity, craftsmanship, and direct, personalized service.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in brand design, brand management, brand marketing, or a related role—ideally within luxury goods, home furnishings, interior design, architecture, or a premium consumer product industry.
  • Strong understanding of brand strategy, storytelling, and visual identity development.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and WordPress).
  • Strong understanding of WordPress and other Web design tools.
  • Passion for high-end craftsmanship, period architecture, kitchen/bath design, or the custom home industry.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and collaborative—able to thrive in a family-owned, hands-on environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, design, business, or a related field preferred.

Pay: $1,280.00 - $1,680.00 per week
