Systems Limited is looking for Brand Development Associate who will be responsible to lead projects and establishing on-time completion of deliverables for projects in dedicated market and ensure effective delivery of assigned new product initiatives by working closely with category team and cross functional team under the leadership of Brand Development Manager. The individual should have the learning agility of acquiring knowledge about brand management and product management for all SMP projects. The individual should be able to understand the brief pertaining to commercial plans and build connection on how it will impact the new projects launched, as well as ensuring timely resolution of any bottlenecks along the way of projects for timely delivery. WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

E2E delivery of all NPI Projects with follow ups and project management with NPI managers. Ensure accurate tracking of all NPI projects using centralized project management systems, and escalate risks as needed.

Deliver the project agility in working with the NPI managers to identify opportunities to deliver desired timelines which would stretch standard SLAs on Project.

Management of the Project management system for NPI and ensuring all projects are tracking correctly on the system.

Ownership of the packaging AW adaptation based on guidelines developed by the strategic brand groups.

Ensuring and following up on such packaging AW adaptations with relevant parties.

Own development and submission of Business Cases and Project briefs for NPI projects in collaboration with DRBU and category teams.

Coordinate and support the development of brand briefs aligned with commercial objectives and portfolio strategy.

Manage and maintain dashboards to monitor project progress, share performance, and timelines against set targets.

Conduct Post Launch Reviews to assess project success, commercial impact, and capture learnings for future launches.

Act as the central point of contact for all project stakeholders - Collaborate closely with multifunctional stakeholders, NPI, Functional experts, Legal, Regulatory, Ops, and Brand teams for seamless project execution.
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
Experience Required

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in marketing and brand roles or equally in a brand supply chain hybrid role.
Technical / Functional / Leadership Skills Required

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.

Strong analytical capabilities for tracking share performance and identifying business insights.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to manage cross-functional teams and regional/global stakeholders.

Education / Qualifications / Certifications Required
