Responsibilities:
- Brand Strategy Execution: Assist in the development and implementation of the brand strategy across various channels, ensuring consistency in messaging, design, and overall brand presence.
- Campaign Management: Collaborate with the marketing team to plan, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns that align with brand objectives and drive customer awareness and engagement.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to analyze consumer trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to support strategic decisions For Ecommerce And Fashion industry.
- Brand Communication: Work closely with internal teams and external agencies to create compelling content, promotional materials, and brand communication tools that reflect the brand's identity and values.
- Product Launches: Support the coordination of product launches, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and customer expectations.
- Brand Guidelines: Maintain and ensure the proper application of brand guidelines across all touchpoints, both online and offline.
- Social Media & Digital Marketing: Assist in managing the brand’s presence on social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and performance analysis.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns, measure brand metrics, and provide reports to the management team with insights for improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, design, and PR to ensure brand consistency across all initiatives and customer-facing interactions.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a related role.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of branding principles and marketing tactics.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess campaign performance and customer insights.
