Brand Growth Executive – FMCG

About the Role:

We are seeking a self-driven professional to lead growth for our premium beverage brand through sales, trade marketing, and digital marketing. You will independently drive revenue, brand visibility, and digital engagement across retail, HORECA, and online channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire and manage retail, HORECA, and distribution accounts to achieve sales targets.
  • Plan and execute trade marketing campaigns, in-store activations, and merchandising initiatives.
  • Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, e-commerce, and online platforms.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and partners.
  • Analyze sales, market, and digital performance to optimize strategies.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 3–5 years in FMCG marketing, trade marketing, or digital marketing with exposure to sales.
  • Proven ability to deliver results independently and drive growth.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM, social media, digital tools, and basic analytics.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to travel.
  • Valid UAE Driving License is a must

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Sales: 3 years (Required)
  • Business Development: 3 years (Required)
  • Digital Marketing: 1 year (Required)
  • HORECA: 2 years (Required)
  • CRM tools or sales tracking platforms: 2 years (Required)
  • Customer Service: 2 years (Required)

Language:

  • English (Required)
  • Arabic (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • UAE Driving License (Required)
