Role Summary
We are seeking a highly proactive and strategic Brand Growth Social Media Manager to take full ownership of the CEO’s personal brand across Twitter (X), LinkedIn, and Instagram. The primary focus of this role is to build, scale, and manage the CEO’s personal digital presence as a founder, businessman, and entrepreneur.
This role requires a storyteller who can translate deep technical expertise and entrepreneurial vision into compelling, authentic content. You are expected to be a power user of AI tools to streamline content planning, research, and drafting. However, the final output must be 100% human-like. The content must capture the CEO’s unique tone, thoughts, and expertise.

Key Responsibilities
1) Personal Brand Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute a comprehensive, multi-platform personal branding strategy tailored specifically to the CEO's profile on Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Instagram .
- Define and refine the CEO's digital voice, ensuring it is consistently authentic, authoritative, and engaging.
2) Proactive Content Ideation
- Actively monitor industry news, AI breakthroughs, and GameDev trends to proactively suggest topics, threads, and hot takes for the CEO to comment on.
- Take the lead in telling the CEO what content should be prepared for posting, rather than waiting for briefs or directions.
3) AI-Assisted, Human-Delivered Content Creation
- Leverage AI tools extensively for content planning, trend analysis, structuring, and initial drafting to maximize efficiency.
- Relentlessly edit and refine all AI-assisted drafts to ensure the final output is entirely human-sounding, capturing the CEO's authentic voice and avoiding generic "AI-speak."
- Translate complex technical concepts into accessible, highly engaging social media posts.
4) Business Narrative Integration
- Strategically incorporate updates, milestones, and philosophies from the CEO's businesses (FarLabs, GAMED, Farcana) into the personal brand narrative without making the feeds feel like corporate bulletin boards.
5) Community Engagement & Growth
- Actively manage the CEO's online presence by engaging with key figures in the IT & Startups communities.
- Respond to comments, participate in relevant discussions, and build a loyal, high-quality following.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in spheres related to IT / Gamedev / AI! Proven experience working in startups is required!
- Proven experience in building and managing personal brands for C-level executives, founders, or highly visible figures in the tech industry.
- Deep understanding of the culture, language, and current debates within the Artificial Intelligence communities.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a mastery of tone and format across Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
- Advanced proficiency in using AI tools for content creation and workflow optimization, coupled with the ability to completely mask the AI's involvement in the final published content.
- Extreme proactivity; a self-starter who brings ideas to the table daily.
- Experience handling sensitive communications and managing community engagement in passionate, fast-moving online spaces.
KPIs (First 3 Months)
- Audit existing social media presence and present a comprehensive 6-month personal brand strategy.
- Establish a seamless, AI-optimized workflow for content ideation, approval, and publishing.
- Achieve a defined percentage increase in organic reach and engagement across Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
- Successfully launch at least two high-performing, multi-part content series that perfectly capture the CEO's authentic voice.
