Job Overview:
Al Bahiya Trading & Services FM Company is seeking a talented and motivated Emirati Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (social media, Google Ads, email marketing, etc.)
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and optimize for improved results
• Manage company social media accounts, including content creation, posting, and engagement
• Plan and execute SEO/SEM strategies to improve online visibility
• Coordinate with internal teams to create marketing materials aligned with business objectives
• Maintain and update the company website and digital channels
• Generate reports on campaign performance and provide actionable insights
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices

Requirements:

• UAE National (Emirati) – Mandatory
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience in digital marketing (fresh graduates with strong knowledge are also encouraged to apply)
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, SEO, Google Analytics, and digital tools
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English
• Creative thinking with strong analytical abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
