About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Brand Manager to lead the development and execution of brand strategies within our FMCG portfolio. This role is responsible for driving brand growth, market share, and profitability by ensuring consistent brand positioning and consumer engagement across all channels.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement annual brand plans aligned with overall business objectives.

Conduct market analysis, monitor consumer trends, and identify growth opportunities.

Manage product lifecycle from concept to launch, including packaging development and innovation pipelines.

Work closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, Trade Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain) to ensure seamless execution of brand initiatives.

Develop and monitor marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective campaigns and activities.

Track brand performance through KPIs, sales data, and consumer feedback, making strategic adjustments as necessary.

Collaborate with agencies to deliver impactful advertising, promotions, and digital marketing campaigns.

Ensure brand compliance and consistency across all touchpoints.
Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).

5–8 years’ experience in brand management within the FMCG industry.

Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies.

Strong understanding of consumer behavior, market research, and competitive analysis.

Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.

Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics.
