Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all branch operations, including sales, customer service, and administration.
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve branch sales and revenue targets.
- Supervise, train, and motivate branch staff to ensure high productivity and performance.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, addressing queries and resolving issues promptly.
- Monitor branch expenses, budgets, and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, financial regulations, and operational standards.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales, operations, and branch performance.
- Drive local marketing initiatives, promotional activities, and community engagement.
- Maintain a safe, professional, and customer-friendly branch environment.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and business growth.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in sales/operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Automobile industry experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proven track record of achieving sales and customer service excellence.
- Good knowledge of CRM tools, dealership operations, and MS Office.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
