Brand Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all branch operations, including sales, customer service, and administration.
  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve branch sales and revenue targets.
  • Supervise, train, and motivate branch staff to ensure high productivity and performance.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, addressing queries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Monitor branch expenses, budgets, and profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, financial regulations, and operational standards.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on sales, operations, and branch performance.
  • Drive local marketing initiatives, promotional activities, and community engagement.
  • Maintain a safe, professional, and customer-friendly branch environment.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and business growth.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in sales/operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Automobile industry experience preferred.
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales and customer service excellence.
  • Good knowledge of CRM tools, dealership operations, and MS Office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
