Job Title: Brand Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for a sincere, accountable, and detail-oriented Brand Manager who can take complete ownership of the brands they handle strategically, creatively, and socially. The ideal candidate should combine clear thinking with creative judgment, communicate confidently with clients, and ensure every brand touchpoint reflects clarity, purpose, and consistency.

You will also lead the management of Aagey Se Right’s own social media presence, staying closely aligned with current trends, conversations, and best practices in the industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of assigned brands and act as the main link between the client and internal teams (strategy, design, AI Studio, and social).
  • Conduct and facilitate brand strategy workshops with clients.
  • Develop brand positioning frameworks and communication strategies.
  • Lead and manage brand campaigns from concept to execution.
  • Oversee ASR’s own social media page, ensuring consistent content, engagement, and trend alignment.
  • Stay up to date with social and cultural trends, and bring relevant insights into brand communication.
  • Conduct research and competitive analysis to inform strategy and creative direction.
  • Ensure consistency and storytelling integrity across all brand touchpoints.
  • Review creative work for alignment with strategy, tone, and objectives.
  • Present brand ideas and campaign concepts to clients and internal teams.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Mandatory: Prior experience in brand building within an advertising or creative agency (2-4 years).
  • Proven ability to plan and conduct brand strategy and positioning exercises.
  • Strong research skills and understanding of market and audience insights.
  • Working knowledge of social media strategy, influencer marketing, and content analytics.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • High sense of ownership, sincerity, and accountability.
  • Strong creative judgment and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple brands effectively.
  • Passion for advertising, culture, and design thinking.

Preferred Bonus Skills

  • Experience with digital marketing tools (Meta Suite, Google Analytics, etc.)
  • Familiarity with AI-driven creative tools or new-age tech in advertising.
  • Exposure to shoots, influencer collaborations, or campaign production.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
