This role is responsible for overseeing brand positioning, managing product categories, and ensuring market competitiveness through innovation and customer-focused strategies.Job ResponsibilitiesBrand Strategy & PositioningDevelop and refine brand vision, messaging, and positioningEnsure consistency in brand communication across all channelsMonitor brand performance metrics and adjust strategies accordinglyCategory ManagementAnalyze market trends and consumer insights to identify category opportunitiesDevelop product assortment, pricing, and promotion strategiesCollaborate with procurement and sales teams for product lifecycle managementMarketing & CommunicationCoordinate with creative, digital, and media teams to design campaignsOversee content development ensuring alignment with brand guidelinesLead market research initiatives to stay ahead of competitionStakeholder CollaborationWork cross-functionally with sales, product development, and external agenciesPresent performance reports and insights to senior managementEnsure timely and effective communication of strategy updatesAdditional ResponsibilitiesManage vendor relationships and agency partnershipsMonitor budget expenditure and report on ROI for marketing initiativesStay informed on industry trends and competitive landscapeJob RequirementsQualificationsBachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferredExperience5+ years of experience in brand management or category management rolesProven track record in developing successful marketing strategiesExperience working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environmentKnowledge & SkillsProduct knowledge:- knowledgeable of aftermarket/ auto ancillary product Customer and Personal Service:- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction Sales and Marketing:- Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems. Administration and Management:- Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modelling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.Critical Thinking:- Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problemsLeadership Skills:- identifying the developmental needs of others and coaching, mentoring, or otherwise helping others to improve their knowledge or skills.
