Brand Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute annual brand plans aligned to the company s strategic goals and revenue targets.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Define brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity to strengthen Black & Decker s market presence.

Product & Portfolio Management

  • Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle including launches, SKU rationalization, and product improvements.
  • Collaborate with global product teams to adapt and localize products for the regional market.
  • Monitor product performance and profitability, recommending corrective actions as required.

Marketing Campaigns & Execution

  • Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, retail, events, and trade channels.
  • Develop and execute promotional plans to drive consumer engagement and increase sell-through.
  • Manage advertising, PR, and influencer activities to enhance brand visibility and preference.

Commercial & Financial Management

  • Own the P&L for the brand, ensuring delivery of sales, margin, and market share targets.
  • Forecast demand and align with supply chain to maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Track ROI of marketing initiatives and optimize spend to achieve maximum effectiveness.

Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Sales and Trade Marketing to create channel-specific programs that drive conversion.
  • Collaborate with finance to monitor pricing, profitability, and promotional spend effectiveness.
  • Work closely with regional/global teams to align local strategy with international brand direction.
