Brand Manager

As a Category & Brand Manager within one of the UAE’s leading beverage organizations , you will play a pivotal role in shaping, developing, and executing brand strategies that strengthen the company’s market presence. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and analytical capability—particularly within the Coffee and Tea category , where consumer trends, premiumization, and innovation are evolving rapidly.

You will be responsible for driving brand awareness, enhancing consumer loyalty, and supporting long-term category growth while ensuring all initiatives align with the company’s overall business objectives.


Key Responsibilities


1. Brand Strategy Development

  • Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to grow market share, build brand equity, and increase consumer loyalty within the Coffee/Tea category.
  • Conduct detailed market research and consumer insights analysis to inform product positioning, pricing strategies, and brand direction.

2. Marketing Campaigns

  • Plan, execute, and evaluate integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, retail activation, print, and in-store experiences.
  • Collaborate with creative, digital, and design teams to develop compelling marketing assets, packaging, and communication material aligned with brand guidelines.

3. Product Launches & Innovation

  • Support the planning and execution of new product launches—including concept development, market testing, and go‑to‑market strategy.
  • Work closely with the Portfolio Manager to ensure innovation initiatives meet consumer expectations and support the long-term Coffee/Tea category roadmap.

4. Brand Communication & Visibility

  • Oversee brand messaging to ensure consistency across all consumer touchpoints—advertising, digital channels, promotions, and PR.
  • Build strong relationships with media partners, influencers, and strategic collaborators to amplify brand visibility and relevance.

5. Market & Competitive Analysis

  • Continuously monitor competitive activity, emerging trends, and consumer behavior within the beverage landscape, particularly Coffee and Tea.
  • Analyze brand and category performance using KPIs such as sales, market share, campaign ROI, and consumer feedback, adjusting strategies as needed.

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with sales, trade marketing, product development, and supply chain teams to ensure flawless execution of brand plans.
  • Manage external agencies and strategic partners to deliver high-impact campaigns with consistent brand representation.


Qualifications & Experience


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing , Business Analytics , Business Administration , or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Category Management or Brand Management within the Coffee or Tea segment is strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of consumer trends in the UAE beverage market.
  • Demonstrated ability in strategic planning, marketing campaign development, and brand performance analysis.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills.
