Responsibilities:
- Leads full Category priorities implementation & operational work :

Responsible for implementing Marketing activities to strengthen Brand Power

SAP initiation/ product development / regulatory compliance/ industrialization (marketing specific actions)/ organizing for management approvals and launching New Product Development with excellence

Packaging Finalization with agencies & suppliers
-
Development & implementation key of promotions mechanics
-
Suppliers & agencies front face & key contact person
-
Responsible for leading teams through brand operational processes to deliver strong results
-
Financial process custodian (PO creations & management lead)
-
Manages procurement and payment activities for the brand.
-
Considers the impact of local regulations and nutrition guidelines on the brand:

Contracts development & finalization with legal & function admin
-
Develops and updates the Target Consumer Portrait:
-
Executes consumer immersions and other relevant insighting exercises.

Responsible for monitoring performance on consumer & shopper preferences, and generating actions to maintain or improve brand Preference
-
Manages end-to-end development of communication plan from Opportunity, to the Brief, to Campaign Planning and Execution, and to Post-evals and ensures timely execution off all stages.

Consistent successful application of the "Create Engaging Brand Experiences Winning Actions"
Qualifications:
- FMCG, Telecom or Agency 1-2 years of experience.

Strong command of brand management is a must.
