Three hundred years later, Julien Sprecher draws inspiration from the Château to create his own Maison of Haute Parfumerie. ABOUT THE ROLE


As Brand Marketing Director at Parfums de Marly, you will define and lead the brand’s global marketing and product strategy to strengthen Brand elevation and drive sustainable growth. You will manage a team responsible for developing and executing 360° campaigns from concept creation to global go-to-market, ensuring coherence, excellence, and impact across all channels.


This strategic leadership role combines creativity and analytical vision to build brand desirability, reinforce equity, and support commercial performance worldwide.


KEY RESPONSABILITIES


1. Strategic Marketing Planning

  • Lead the creation and implementation of the brand’s 3-year strategic marketing plan in alignment with business objectives and the founder’s vision.
  • Oversee market studies, competitive analysis, and consumer insights to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
  • Monitor product portfolio performance, ensuring focus on core business drivers while supporting innovation and new product development.


2. 360° Campaign Development and Execution

  • Lead the development of creative concepts for launches and brand campaigns, in close collaboration with communication and creative teams.
  • Brief agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure consistent, high-quality execution across all touchpoints.
  • Coordinate with product development and operations to guarantee timely production and availability of products.
  • Work cross-functionally with retail, digital, communication, and training teams to streamline processes and ensure the coherence, quality, and timeliness of deliverables.


3. Brand Equity Reinforcement

  • Conduct and analyze brand awareness and perception studies to measure progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Define and evolve the brand universe in collaboration with communication teams, including storytelling, codes, and visual identity.
  • Implement distinctive and immersive brand concepts in collaboration with the SDVM team (e.g., Pop-ups, POSM) to strengthen the customer experience and reinforce brand desirability.


4. Global Go-to-Market Strategy

  • Define and oversee global go-to-market strategies in close partnership with regional marketing teams.
  • Provide comprehensive launch toolkits and brand assets to ensure consistent and efficient local execution.
  • Participate in key retailer meetings with regional teams to strengthen relationships and ensure alignment with the brand strategy.


PROFILE & COMPETENCIES

  • Minimum 12 years of experience in brand marketing within the luxury, beauty, or fragrance industry.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing global brand strategies and 360° marketing campaigns.
  • Strong strategic thinking with a hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to foster collaboration across markets and departments.
  • Sensitivity to luxury aesthetics and storytelling, with a deep understanding of consumer behaviour in the high-end segment.
  • Fluent in English and French mandatory.

  • Background in niche perfume industry.
  • Experience with omnichannel retail strategies and immersive in-store experiences.
