Brand Representative

The primary responsibility of the job holder will be to represent and promote the company’s brand and products to potential customers. This role involves engaging with consumers, enhancing brand visibility, and building strong customer relationships through various promotional activities. The role involves communicating the value of company’s products and services to mall visitors, ensuring a positive and engaging experience.

• Brand Promotion: Actively promote and represent company’s brand through engaging interactions with mall visitors, providing them with information regarding Gulf Extrusions’ products and services.

• Brand Presentation: Present and demonstrate our materials, showcasing the quality and applications of our product offerings.

• Customer Engagement: Initiate conversations with potential customers to inform them about our products or services, answer questions, and provide demonstrations when applicable.

• Information and Feedback Collection: Collect visitor information for follow up by Sales or Marketing team and gather and report customer feedback and insights to help improve promotional strategies and overall customer experience.

• Brand Integrity: Uphold brand values and standards in all interactions, ensuring consistency in messaging and presentation.
