Role Overview:

Dieture is looking for a Brand Storytelling & Social Media Strategist who can blend creativity with strategy to develop and implement impactful campaigns that align with its brand narrative, build a strong digital presence, and drive meaningful engagement. This role requires someone who can translate brand vision into stories that resonate with audiences across platforms, while optimizing for growth, community building, and impact. This role will bridge Dieture’s lifestyle brand and clinical credibility through emotionally resonant storytelling that drives conversions.

Responsibilities:

Brand Storytelling and Content Creation

  • Develop content that integrates Dieture’s lifestyle and health credibility.
  • Compose compelling narratives for advertisements, website copy, public relations, case studies, and corporate decks.
  • Spot and execute opportunities for storytelling from everyday operations.
  • Develop storytelling narratives for founder-led story building.
  • Write ad scripts. Collaborate with videographers and influencers to translate stories into videos and campaigns.
  • Work closely with business-to-business sales to create persuasive proposals for corporations and ministries.

Social Media Strategy & Execution

  • Build and manage social media campaigns across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, etc.)
  • Develop a content calendar and ensure consistent, high-quality execution.
  • Monitor trends, platform updates, and audience behavior to keep the brand ahead of the curve.

Community Building & Engagement

  • Foster an active online community through authentic engagement.
  • Collaborate with influencers, partners, and advocates to extend brand reach.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and feedback to strengthen customer loyalty.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with design, marketing, and product teams to align messaging.
  • Support campaigns, launches, and events with creative storytelling assets.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.

Requirements:

  • At least 4 years of experience in social media management, content strategy, copywriting, or storytelling.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing persuasive campaigns.
  • Understanding of health, wellness, and lifestyle branding is advantageous.
  • Deep understanding of digital culture, trends, and audience psychology.
  • Creative thinker with excellent communication and project management skills.
