Key Responsibilities

  • Brand Positioning & Strategy
    • Develop clear brand frameworks, tone of voice, and visual identity guidelines across all brands.
    • Identify target audiences and define positioning strategies to enhance brand equity.
    • Lead market and consumer insights research to guide brand direction.
  • Campaign Development & Planning
    • Partner with creative, operations, and marketing teams to design integrated campaigns that align with brand purpose and business goals.
    • Ensure consistent storytelling across digital, social, PR, and in-store touchpoints.
    • Analyse performance metrics and translate insights into actionable improvements.
  • Innovation & Brand Growth
    • Support new concept creation and brand refresh initiatives from ideation to launch.
    • Benchmark against industry trends and global best practices in hospitality, lifestyle, and F&B.
  • Collaboration & Leadership
    • Work closely with the Head of Marketing, Creative, and Operations teams to align strategy with commercial outcomes.
    • Guide creative direction and ensure execution stays true to brand DNA.
  • Community & Cultural Relevance
    • Foster connections with partners, influencers, and communities that reinforce the brand ethos.
    • Ensure brand activities remain locally relevant yet globally aspirational.
