Brand Strategist (Digital Agency)

We are looking for a Brand Strategist to join our digital agency who can turn insights into clear brand direction. The ideal candidate understands how brands grow in digital spaces and can translate research, audience behaviour, and market trends into actionable strategies.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in brand strategy, brand management, or a related marketing role
  • Must have at least one proven brand success story where your strategy contributed to measurable growth (brand awareness, engagement, or revenue)
  • Salary will be decided during the interview based on experience and skills.
  • Strong understanding of brand positioning, messaging, and storytelling
  • Experience working with digital marketing teams and creative teams
  • Ability to research competitors, target audiences, and market trends
  • Strong communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities

  • Develop brand strategies for clients across digital platforms
  • Define brand positioning, voice, and messaging frameworks
  • Conduct market research and audience analysis
  • Work closely with creative, content, and performance marketing teams
  • Monitor brand performance and recommend improvements
  • Present strategy and insights to internal teams and clients

Nice to Have

  • Experience in a digital marketing agency
  • Understanding of social media strategy and content marketing
  • Ability to interpret marketing analytics and brand metrics
