Job Summary

The Senior Brand Strategy Manager will lead all marketing activities for Hamsun, Corti, and Saleeqa. This role requires strategic planning, creative leadership, and hands-on execution across digital, social media, branding, advertising, and campaign development. The position ensures brand consistency, growth in customer engagement, and driving overall sales through effective marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Brand Strategy & Leadership
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies for all three brands.
  • Lead brand positioning, brand identity, and visual guidelines.
  • Ensure consistent brand communication across all platforms and locations.
  • Social Media & Digital Marketing
  • Oversee all social media channels (FB, IG, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube).
  • Create and execute monthly content calendars.
  • Monitor analytics, track performance, and optimize content to increase engagement and reach.
  • Manage paid ads and digital campaigns across social platforms.
  • Marketing Campaigns & Promotions
  • Plan and execute seasonal, promotional, and thematic campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Corti (F&B), Hamsun (Hospitality), and Saleeqa (Retail) teams for product launches, promotions, and events.
  • Develop creative briefs for designers, videographers, and agencies.
  • Branding & Creative Development
  • Lead the creative direction for photoshoots, reels, videos, and graphics.
  • Oversee packaging, menus, signboards, in-store branding, and merchandising.
  • Ensure brand visibility across all branches and outlets.
  • Market Research & Competitor Analysis
  • Conduct regular competitor analysis in hospitality, café, and retail sectors.
  • Identify trends, customer preferences, and new opportunities.
  • Collaboration & Cross-Department Coordination*
  • Work closely with Operations, HR, Finance, and CEO to align marketing with organizational goals.
  • Coordinate with branch managers for ground-level implementation.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting
  • Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports.
  • Measure ROI of campaigns and digital ads.
  • Optimize budget usage across brands.

Required Skills & Qualifications*

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Media, Business, or related field.
  • 4–7 years of proven experience in digital marketing, brand management, or creative strategy.
  • Strong command over social media trends and content creation.
  • Hands-on experience with ad managers, SEO, and performance analytics.
  • Ability to lead designers, editors, and freelance creative teams.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and planning skills.
  • Highly creative with strong aesthetic sense for F&B, hospitality, and retail branding.

Additional Preferred Qualities

  • Experience working with multi-brand companies.
  • Knowledge of photography, videography, and editing tools (optional but preferred).
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments and meet deadlines.
  • Innovative mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
