Brand & Stylist Partnerships Manager

About the Role

We’re looking for a dynamic individual who can bridge the worlds of fashion design, styling, and brand partnerships. This hybrid role is critical to building BeSpoke AI Stylist’s ecosystem of fashion brands, designers, and stylists — powering our AI-driven styling engine with real-world creativity and commercial collaborations.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Partnerships

• Identify and onboard fashion brands, D2C labels, and affiliate partners.
• Negotiate collaborations, affiliate deals, and co-branded campaigns.
• Manage ongoing partner relationships to ensure growth and visibility.

Stylist & Designer Collaborations

• Partner with independent stylists and fashion designers to co-create looks, style guides, and content.
• Bring stylist expertise into AI training and recommendation models.
• Organize campaigns featuring stylists (social media, lookbooks, digital wardrobes).

Cross-functional Impact

• Work with Marketing to design campaigns with partner brands and stylists.
• Collaborate with Tech & AI teams to integrate style insights into product features.
• Build a thriving BeSpoke creator ecosystem of stylists and designers.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 3–6 years’ experience in fashion partnerships / brand collaborations / styling ecosystems.
• Strong network in fashion retail, stylists, and influencer communities.
• Understanding of affiliate networks (Impact, Awin, CJ, ShopMy, etc.).
• Passion for AI, fashion innovation, and digital styling.
• A mix of business acumen + fashion sensibility.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹393,783.84 - ₹1,410,339.13 per year
