Probation Period: 1 Month (at 60% of salary)

Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced and creative Branding Manager to lead brand strategy, visual identity, and communication for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of branding principles and experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced digital marketing environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement brand strategies aligned with client goals.

• Oversee brand identity, tone of voice, and visual consistency across platforms.

• Collaborate with the design, content, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to enhance brand positioning.

• Manage brand campaigns from concept to execution and performance review.

• Provide strategic guidance for rebranding and brand extension initiatives. Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in branding or marketing (agency experience preferred).

• Strong portfolio showcasing branding projects.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Proficiency in understanding brand storytelling and positioning.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
