We are seeking a skilled and passionate Bread Baker to join our bakery team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food production and baking, with a focus on creating high-quality bread and baked goods. Duties

• Prepare and bake a variety of bread and baked goods according to established recipes and quality standards
• Mix, knead, proof, and bake dough ensuring consistency and excellence in product quality
• Package baked items efficiently for retail or wholesale distribution while maintaining food safety standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the baking area, adhering to sanitation protocols
• Assist with food preparation tasks including measuring ingredients, assembling products, and ensuring proper food handling procedures
• Operate bakery equipment safely and effectively, including mixers, ovens, and knives
• Support catering events or special orders by preparing custom baked goods as requested
• Follow all food safety guidelines and ensure compliance with health regulations at all times

Skills

• Proven experience in baking, pastry arts, or culinary environments with a focus on bread production
• Strong knife skills for dough shaping and ingredient preparation
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques
• Experience with cake decorating and packaging baked goods for sale or delivery
• Familiarity with food industry practices including food preparation, catering, and restaurant operations
• Excellent customer service skills when interacting with clients or retail customers
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Kitchen experience in food production settings such as bakeries, restaurants, or catering services is highly desirable
• Culinary experience that demonstrates proficiency in cooking techniques related to baking and pastry arts
