About the role
We are opening a premium Korean bakery and are looking for skilled Bakers to join our team. You will be responsible for producing high-quality Korean breads and pastries, ensuring consistency, and maintaining the authenticity of recipes.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake a wide range of breads and pastries
• Follow recipes and production schedules to ensure consistency and efficiency.
• Maintain strict hygiene, food safety, and HACCP standards.
• Monitor dough fermentation, proofing, baking times, and temperatures.
• Assist Head Chef with new product trials and seasonal items.
• Maintain cleanliness of bakery equipment and workstation.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ bakery experience (Korean bakery preferred).
• Strong skills in dough handling, proofing, baking, and finishing.
• Attention to detail and passion for quality.
• Team player, flexible with shifts, and willing to learn.
• English required; Korean language is an advantage.
