Duties

• Prepare and serve breakfast items with efficiency and care, ensuring food safety standards are met.
• Set up breakfast buffet stations, including arranging food displays, replenishing supplies, and maintaining cleanliness.
• Assist guests with food selections, answer questions about menu options, and provide friendly guest service.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, kitchen stations, and equipment through regular cleaning and sanitizing tasks.
• Manage food handling procedures accurately using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems for order processing and billing.
• Support catering or banquet breakfast setups as needed, ensuring timely delivery and presentation.
• Buss tables promptly, clear dishes, and assist with guest needs to uphold a welcoming environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service, catering, or hospitality roles is preferred; kitchen experience is highly valued.
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques, food safety protocols, and proper handling procedures.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with cashiering or cash handling is a plus.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience with cleaning routines including sanitizing surfaces and maintaining hygiene standards.
