We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Breakfast Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests during the breakfast hours, ensuring a delightful dining experience. Responsibilities

• Prepare and present breakfast items in accordance with established recipes and standards.
• Set up and maintain the breakfast buffet area, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
• Monitor food quality and freshness, adhering to food safety guidelines.
• Assist guests with their breakfast selections, providing recommendations as needed.
• Restock food items and supplies throughout the breakfast service.
• Clean and sanitize dining areas, utensils, and equipment after service.
• Handle guest inquiries and feedback with professionalism and courtesy.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food items.

Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality or food service is preferred.
• Knowledge of food preparation and handling techniques is essential.
• Familiarity with food safety standards and practices.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor to engage with guests effectively.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
