Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Broker, located in Qesm El Maadi. The Broker will be responsible for identifying and recruiting potential livestream talent, maintaining relationships with influencers, and managing talent portfolios. Additional responsibilities include monitoring and optimizing performance metrics, coordinating promotional activities, and ensuring compliance with platform guidelines. The Broker will work closely with the content and marketing teams to achieve traffic growth and commercial success for our talents.

Qualifications

• Experience in talent recruitment and negotiation
• Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills
• Saled and Customer Service Experience is preferred
• Understanding of livestream platforms, particularly TikTok, and social media trends
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus
• Ability to work on-site in Zahraa El Maadi
