Building Inspectors

• Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering
• 2–3 years of experience in inspecting both new and existing buildings
• Strong knowledge of building construction, materials, and structural systems
• Knowledge of building equipment and services including:
• Lifts/Elevators
• Air Conditioning (HVAC systems)
• Plumbing systems
• Carpentry and finishing works
• Electrical systems
• Ability to identify structural defects and service-related issues
• Good reporting and documentation skills
• Valid Driving License (mandatory)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct inspections of residential and commercial buildings
• Evaluate structural integrity and building service systems
• Ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards
• Inspect and assess lifts, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical installations
• Prepare detailed inspection reports

Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and property owners
