Civil Site Engineer

Requirements
4–6 years experience in UAE with consultancy firms

Responsibilities

Construction Supervision

• Supervise contractor’s works on site for compliance with IFC drawings and specifications.
• Ensure construction follows approved shop drawings and method statements.
• Verify setting out, levels, dimensions, and material usage.
• Monitor contractor workmanship and progress.

Inspections & Approvals

• Review and approve Inspection Requests (IRs).
• Conduct civil and architectural inspections on site.
• Witness tests as per ITP (slump test, concrete works, waterproofing, etc.).
• Issue Site Instructions (SI) and Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) where required.
• Verify closure of snags and NCRs.

Drawings & Submittals Review

• Review shop drawings and material submittals for compliance with design intent.
• Coordinate with design office for clarifications.
• Respond to RFIs raised by contractor.
• Ensure latest approved drawings are implemented on site.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
