Building Maintenance Manager

We are looking for a Building Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance and daily operations of our residential building. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in building or facilities maintenance and the ability to manage a small maintenance team efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate maintenance staff and contractors.
• Schedule and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance work.
• Inspect building systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, mechanical, etc.) to ensure proper functioning.
• Handle maintenance requests from tenants and resolve issues promptly.
• Manage maintenance budgets, supplies, and inventory.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Prepare regular maintenance and inspection reports.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in building or facilities maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under minimal supervision.
• Diploma or degree in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical) or a related technical field is a plus.
