Job Purpose
To oversee and coordinate all building maintenance activities, ensuring facilities are safe, functional, and compliant with company standards and regulatory requirements. The role involves supervising maintenance staff, managing contractors, and implementing preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily maintenance operations across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and civil works.
- Plan and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
- Inspect facilities regularly to identify issues and ensure timely corrective action.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors for specialized maintenance tasks.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, costs, and inventory.
- Train and guide maintenance staff to improve efficiency and quality of work.
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests.
- Prepare reports for management on maintenance status, issues, and recommendations.
Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in building/facility maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and civil systems.
- Familiarity with preventive maintenance planning and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage budgets, contractors, and timelines effectively.
- Knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in MS Office and maintenance tracking software.

- Bilingual (English & Arabic) preferred.
